Dear Nova Carpet Fresh, I would like to thank NE Clean for the excellent, hassle free job they did for Newcastle Foot Clinic Ltd, our carpets and hard floors are like new. The service we received was second to none, with John getting down on his hands and knees in front of my receptionist to remedy a sticky situation, to remove a patch of glue that had been transferred from a broken shoe heel, certainly above and beyond the call of duty. After our experience with Nova Carpet Fresh we would not hesitate to recommend them in the future.
